About this conversion
An .eml file is one message. Usually it reaches you as an attachment or as an export from someone else's mail program, and then it turns out there is nothing on the machine that will open it.

You are not locked into PDF
The file is parsed once and stays open, so the format is picked at the end rather than the beginning: the same .eml can leave here as CSV, XLSX, ZIP, MBOX, HTML, TXT or JSON.
